This is our first newsletter (2004.06.11) and I hope that we get some response regarding input and suggestions.

TD Reunion 2004

WHEN – December 4-6, 2004
WHERE – Radisson Resort, Kissimmee, FL
WELCOME ABOARD AND REGISTRATION – December 4 at 1900. (location will be posted in lobby)
BANQUET – December 6, reception at 1800 and dinner at 1930 in the Banquet Hall
COST – Banquet will be $40.00 per person. This needs to be paid as soon as possible for deposits and head counts.

Hotel reservations should be made directly with the Radisson Resort at the TD rate of $69.99 per night (good from Dec. 1 thru 10). Please book in the “TD” block to help with the banquet hall and hospitality room charges. Book early, it is cancelable.
Refer ground transportation, handicap or special needs rooms to the hotel reservations.

Additional Reunion Info.

On Dec. 7 a bus may be available for members who wish attend and tour I/ITSEC (World-Wide Exposition for Training Devices) at the Orange County Convention Center for around three hours. Also, the hotel offers free bus service to all attractions; Disney, Sea world, Universal etc.

Finale

We need to collect the $10 Association dues each year in order to cover mail out expenses. The entire “TD” mail out list is available for an additional $5.00 to cover mail out or copy charges. This is available in either E-mail, Disk or hard copy version and will be available after the corrections are made from the first mail out.

If you are current with your Association dues and feel you are due a mailing list from the past, please notify Larry by E-mail, direct mail or telephone.

Regarding the database for listing all of the TD’s - as you review your personal info, please forward corrections to me (Frank Watts). I will make the permanent corrections in order to keep the document as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

Let’s make 2004 the most successful reunion by attending and participating. Make your reservations early. Pass the word re the reunion to your TD friends and associations you belong to.
